In response to threats, authorities are increasing their presence at Roosevelt High School in Johnstown
Johnstown Police recently responded to Several Safe2Tell reports indicate a potential threat to Roosevelt High School.
After a thorough investigation in collaboration with the Weld RE-5J School District, it was determined that there is no serious threat to the school.
The Johnstown Police Department will increase its presence on campus to provide additional security for students, parents and the community.
The The increased presence is intended to provide comfort and our continuous Commitment to the safety of everyone at Roosevelt High School.
We encourage students, parents and community members to remain vigilant and continue to use the Safe2Tell program to report any safety concerns.
The anonymous nature of the program allows individuals to report issues without fear of retaliation, and the information provided plays a critical role in maintaining safety and safety of our schools.
