“I would lie” – Paige Lorenze, Tommy Paul’s girlfriend, reveals the financial impact of her work as a tennis player

The 2024 US Open was a blessing for the American ATP stars. Not only did it provide them with a stage to improve together, but it also gave them brilliant opportunities worth thousands of dollars to solidify their collaboration portfolio. However, these offers were not limited to professionals, as Tommy PaulTaylor Fritz and Frances Tiafoe, but also their friends who are now pursuing careers in the world of social media and business.

Popular social media influencer Paige Lorenze has not shied away from saying that her relationship with the tennis world has boosted her career tremendously, referring to her connections with brands. “I would be lying if I said tennis didn’t affect my income. In terms of brand deals, it made my content more valuable,” Lorenze told Forbes: Although she already had a large fan base before her connection to tennis, Lorenze says the reason brands are particularly drawn to her is her close connection to the sport. “I think it’s the proximity to sport that brands really like,” she added.

This connection has opened up many opportunities for Lorenze. One of the most visible and well-known of these agreements is her appointment by the Miami Open as “Chief Lifestyle Officer.” This was in part a strategic move by the tournament not only to further assert their leadership in the sport, but also to leverage their status as a lifestyle brand. Lorenze has found a way to use this to her advantage with companies she founded, such as American Charm, a home and lifestyle products company that sells largely in person and leverages its founder’s online following.

Lorenze isn’t the only influencer working with this type of setup. Her friend Broomfield started creating content to fund her business supporting youth sports initiatives. Both Lorenze and Broomfield say that while they’re in New York to support their romantic doubles partners, the next two weeks are also a critical point in their own careers. The increasing profit potential of influencer marketing has put them on the radar of talent managers and agents, who are pushing their clients toward more reliable, long-term contracts.

Lorenze’s model works for this general strategy. Earlier this year, she signed a deal with one of the top talent agencies, WME. This secured her multi-year deals with brands like Target, Dove, Saint James Iced Tea, and Wella. The popularity of web movements like the “Get Ready With Me” and “Week in the Life” videos has further increased the appeal of Tommy Paul’s influencer girlfriend. Forbes reports that she will earn up to $3 million this year, topping the list of influencers who receive a seven-figure paycheck.

Paige Lorenze, founder of Dairy Boy, recently purchased a home in Connecticut that she describes as “charming.” After living in rented accommodation for two years, Lorenze is excited to make the house her own and is personally taking on the task of designing the interior. “I love that it’s a love letter to the suburbs,” She told NYLON, adding how much she appreciates the natural light and the general charm of the place. Lorenze is so enthusiastic about the house that she never tires of highlighting its charm, saying: “I love this charm. For me, it’s something you can’t even buy.”

In addition to her thriving career in fashion, Lorenze is now extending her creative talents to the world of interior design. Her latest project, American Charm, captures the essence of cozy New England shabby chic style, with pastel gingham and floral patterns reminiscent of Laura Ashley. These designs even come in sizes that fit college dorm mattresses, so young women can add a touch of elegance to their spaces. “I’m such a homemaker myself that it’s a great honor for me to be able to offer this to girls and give my community the opportunity to romanticize their space…” Lorenze shared.

Lorenze continues to diversify her portfolio in the business world. With an aura that American youth now consumes on a daily basis, she continues to grow without limitations.
