The battle for the bronze and gold medals in women’s basketball for the 2024 Paris Olympics is set. Breanna Stewart was the USA’s top scorer with 16 points, six rebounds and five assists, while A’ja Wilson’s contribution of 10 points, eight rebounds and four blocks demonstrated the team’s determination to advance to the gold medal game.
Host country France, on the other hand, will play its first Olympic gold medal game in women’s basketball since 2012 after a thrilling 82-75 overtime win against Belgium.
