The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets will open their 2024 college football season on the Emerald Isle with a Week 0 game against the Florida State Seminoles in this year’s Aer Lingus Classic in Dublin, Ireland.
Tech had a successful season last year, with the Jackets going 7-6 overall and 5-3 against ACC opponents.
The Seminoles had a nearly perfect season last fall and fell victim to the College Football Playoff selection committee’s decision to include the Alabama Crimson Tide in the Final Four. FSU was ultimately beaten 63-3 by the Georgia Bulldogs in the Orange Bowl, ending its streak.
