How to get married in a Taco Bell Cantina

What do the Taco Bell Cantina, Yankee Stadium, and the New England Aquarium have in common? You might not believe it when we tell you this, but they’re three surprising places you can get married.

The wedding planners at The Knot have compiled a list of 54 different bookable locations in their Unforgettable Venues Collection, including famous landmarks, remarkable outdoor settings, and, yes, a place where you and your guests can celebrate with a round of Crunchwrap Supremes.

According to its listing on The Knot’s vendor marketplace, this two-story Taco Bell Cantina, located just around the corner from the Bellagio and Paris Las Vegas hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, can accommodate up to 100 guests. The cantina can be booked for the wedding ceremony itself and the reception (because yes, it has its own chapel). And of course, it wouldn’t be a Taco Bell-themed wedding if there wasn’t a full menu of Taco Bell favorites. (We’re not saying you should try to work the words “Baja Blast” into your vows, but we’re not not say that too.)

“My husband and I had so much fun at the Taco Bell Cantina in Vegas this past weekend. About 20 of our friends and family joined us for a fun vow renewal ceremony followed by a drinks and food reception,” wrote one Knot user who booked the cantina in her five-star review. “Not only that, but the view from the open window was pretty amazing (…) Such a fun way to celebrate for any couple who loves Taco Bell as much as we do!”

The Cantina isn’t just popular with wedding guests. It has an overall rating of 4.4 on Google, and some recent reviewers have written, “I wish all Taco Bells had this fast food quality,” “The best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to,” and “My burritos were actually so full that they overflowed while eating.”

Taco Bell Cantina is the only fast food location in The Knot’s Unforgettable Venues collection. Other highlights include the famous Plaza Hotel in New York City, Carnegie Hall and the historic Marigny Opera House in New Orleans.

“We are excited to announce The Knot Unforgettable Venues Collection, which includes one of the most iconic and beloved venues in our portfolio, the Taco Bell Cantina. The unique appeal of the Taco Bell Cantina lies in its one-of-a-kind atmosphere, where couples can celebrate their love of tacos and each other in a setting that is as fun and memorable as the brand itself,” said Lauren Kay, Editor-in-Chief at The Knot gastronomy. “With its massive fan base, Taco Bell has long been a favorite for those looking to combine their passion for the brand’s ‘Live Más!’ energy with their special day – just ask the couples who raved about their unique Taco Bell wedding experience on The Knot Vendor Marketplace. This special experience is why The Knot chose the Taco Bell Cantina as one of its unforgettable venues, as it offers couples a unique and playful environment that is guaranteed to make their wedding one to remember.”

It’s also important to note that if you’re not interested in a 100-guest wedding, you can book the venue directly through TacoBellWedding.com for a smaller event with up to 25 guests — and it’ll only cost you $777. (The 370-square-foot Vegas location was actually used for weddings in 2017, and back then the going rate was just $600.) Reps also want to clarify that “Diversified Restaurant Group, owner of the Las Vegas Taco Bell Cantina, offers four levels of private event packages in addition to the $777 package, ranging from ‘Mild,’ with 50 people renting half the space, to ‘Diablo,’ with over 150 people and a complete store takeover.”

The chain’s wedding package includes a half-hour ceremony coordinated by Flora Pop in the restaurant’s “sauce chapel,” a Cinnabon Delights wedding cake, a garter and bow tie made from sauce packets, champagne glasses, “Just Married” Taco Bell T-shirts and a taco party package. You just need to make sure you book your ceremony at least four hours in advance, bring your marriage license and provide at least one witness.

And if you’re planning a Las Vegas wedding without “living more,” you can also book the Little White Wedding Chapel, which has hosted weddings for celebs like Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck and Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner. (Actually, considering how those marriages turned out…)
