    The Braves and Mets hold the tiebreaker over the DBacks. So the Diamondbacks will have to finish with a better record than either of those teams to make the postseason. The only way to do that now is for the Mets to win Game 2 against the Braves.

    That would put New York at 90-72, Arizona at 89-73 and Atlanta at 88-74.

    If the Braves won Game 2 of the doubleheader, all three teams would be 89-73 and Arizona would be eliminated from the postseason due to tiebreakers (the DBacks lost the season series to Braves and to Mets).
