Here’s everything you need to know

ABC has announced its full fall 2024 schedule, after previously announcing which series have been renewed or canceled. As previously announced, unscripted programs will Celebrity Jeopardy, Celebrity Wheel of Fortune, Dancing with the stars, American Idoland others have been renewed for new seasons, with the latter set to see a major change when Katy Perry does not return as a judge in the eighth season on ABC (23rd overall), as the former Carrie Underwood steps in. It is no surprise to anyone that The Bachelor was also renewed for season 29. The Shark Cat And What would you do? will come back for more.

As far as scripted programming goes, the Emmy-winning powerhouse Abbott Elementary School will be back for season 4 (it was prematurely renewed in February), The Conners was renewed for a seventh and final season and Not dead yet was unfortunately canceled after two seasons. As previously announced, The good doctor will end on Tuesday, May 21, after seven seasons, and the Grey’s Anatomy outsource, Station 19, ends when Season 7 concludes on Thursday, May 23. ABC’s popular Gray‘S will be back for season 21.

New ABC shows

High potential And Doctor Odyssey were previously announced by the network, but ABC made a surprise announcement with the introduction of Scamandaa new documentary series premiering this fall.

High potential follows a single mother with an extraordinary mind named Morgan (played by It’s always sunny in PhiladelphiaKaitlin Olson (‘s Kaitlin Olson), whose unconventional talent for solving crimes leads to an unusual and unstoppable partnership with a seasoned detective (Daniel Sunjata) who plays by the rules. The series comes from Oscar-nominated writer Drew Goddard and is based on the popular French series High intellectual potential.

Doctor Odyssey is from creator Ryan Murphy and stars Joshua Jackson and Don Johnson. It’s a fast-paced crime thriller about Max (Jackson) as the new ship’s doctor on a luxury cruise ship where the crew works hard and parties even harder. All hands on deck as Max and his small but mighty team of doctors tackle unique medical crises and each other miles from shore. The series will be shown alongside “The 4000” in the Thursday evening program. 9-1-1 And Grey’s Anatomy.

Based on the No. 1 podcast of the same name, Scamanda tells the story of Amanda Riley – a wife, mother, blogger and Christian – whose tragic cancer story captivates thousands. But Amanda has a secret that die to keep, and after an anonymous tip to an investigative reporter, her own words could prove to be her downfall.

The Golden Bachelorette will also premiere in autumn and is the official sequel to The Golden Bachelor.

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition is also brought back by executive producer Reese Witherspoon and hosted by world-renowned organizing duo Clea Shearer and Joanna Teplin of The Home Edit.

The Bachelorette, Claim to fame, Who wants to be a millionaire, Jeopardy! Master, Celebrity family feud, Judge Steve Harvey, And Try your luck are part of ABC’s 2024 summer program.

Fall premiere dates will be announced shortly, with further mid-season announcements to come at a later date.
