Heidi Klum makes a NSFW confession.

In PEOPLE’s exclusive sneak peek of Klum’s appearance at DearMedia’s The Skinny Confidential show for him and herThe America’s Got Talent The 51-year-old judge tells how her 20-year-old daughter Leni once discovered her “sex closet” – and how she organized this room.

When co-host Michael Bosstick asks her for advice on building a sex closet, Klum replies: “Where do you keep all your stuff?”

Bosstick’s wife and co-host Lauryn agrees, saying, “I keep my stuff. I have an area in my closet, like a drawer,” but her husband counters, “No, but you throw that stuff everywhere and people are just in the house.”

Lauryn then confesses that her daughter Zaza, 4, recently found her vibrator. She recalls, “(Zaza) says, ‘Mommy, what is that?’ And I said, ‘Honey, that’s my facial massager. But, but a whole closet!'”

“The thing is, yours probably looks cute and pink, you know?” replies Klum, who is married to Tom Kaulitz. “It is. So it could possibly be a facial massager.”

Lauryn then asks what happened when Leni found her mother’s “sex closet.”

“She knew exactly what it was,” says Klum. “But she was also with a friend and filmed it. They giggled and I just thought, ‘Oh my God.'”

When Lauryn asks if the closet is “organized by mood,” the model replies, “No, it’s a mood.”

“Is it color-coded? How do you organize a sex closet?” Lauryn asks and Klum jokingly replies, “It’s organized by size.”

Michael then asks about the size of the closet and the TV star clarifies: “It’s a big closet. But there are outfits and stuff in there, you know.”

“You can have a lot of things. You can have wigs, you can have outfits, shoes, boots,” she says. “I mean, I’ve had relationships in the past where the patients were sick, and I would come home as a nurse and ask, ‘How is my patient?’ And I would just get laughed at and think, ‘That’s a very, very big red flag!'”

She adds: “Be sick and get your pulse checked.”

During his appearance in an episode of Call her daddyKlum was also joined by Leni, who joined via FaceTime to share one of her mother’s piquant secrets.

“She found my sex closet,” said the America’s Got Talent The judge reported on her eldest daughter, who confirmed that she not only found it, but also dug into it with her friends to take videos.

“I thought it was really cool,” Leni remembers. “I played it through with my friends. And I just thought: ‘Mom, what is that? A microphone?'”
