Since his youth, the 30-year-old man has had a rather “complicated” relationship with his now 27-year-old younger sister.

“We love each other, but there has always been some rivalry and tension,” he said.

In fact, when he got married about a year ago, his sister didn’t even show up at his wedding. He invited her, but she declined, claiming she had a work event that she couldn’t miss.

This obviously hurt him, even though he tried to understand his sister’s motives.

“It was a big deal for me and I really wanted her there, but I didn’t push for it,” he recalls.

His sister also recently got engaged and will be getting married in a few months. The highlight? She has asked him to give her a generous loan to cover some unexpected wedding costs that came up during the planning process.

Apparently his sister and her fiancé were short of money and urgently needed help.

Although he is financially well off and can afford to lend her the money, he doesn’t actually want to. He was also honest with his sister and told her that he was hesitant to help her since she didn’t even attend his own wedding.

Well, instead of understanding that, she just got super mad and accused him of being petty and holding a grudge.
