Google Keeps’ “Help me make a list” from Pixel 9 comes to Samsung phones

Last updated: August 26, 2024 at 17:32 UTC+02:00

Earlier this month, Google launched the Pixel 9 series of smartphones. Google Keep offered an additional feature on these phones that was not available on other Android devices. This feature is called “Help me make a list‘ and it is powered by Google Gemini.

As the name suggests, this feature helps you create a list using the company’s AI assistant. For example, you can ask it to create a list of things to take with you on a hike and it will do it for you.

Well, according to a new report from Android AuthorityGoogle has started to make this feature available for other Android devices. This means that you can now access the “Help me make a list‘ function on Samsung smartphones and tablets.

There is currently no information on whether Google will provide an app update to enable this feature on devices other than Pixel 9 series smartphones, or whether the feature will be enabled through a server-side change.

The story continues after the video…

It’s worth noting that if you don’t have Google One AI Premium, the number of requests you can make using this feature is limited. In addition, if you don’t want to use this feature, you can disable it in the settings (available in version 2.24.332 of the app).
