The Toledo women’s basketball team announced its full schedule for the 2024–25 season after the Mid-American Conference released its league schedule.
Toledo begins its conference schedule on Jan. 1 against Northern Illinois and plays two Battle of I-75 bouts with Bowling Green – Jan. 25 at Savage Arena and Feb. 22 at Stroh Center.
“The MAC is one of the most competitive leagues in the country and we are looking forward to another opportunity to compete for the championship,” said head coach Ginny Boggess. “Conference games will be here sooner than we think. In the meantime, we will continue to work hard to become the best team possible.”
The Rockets will face NIU (January 1), Kent State (January 8), Ohio (January 18), Bowling Green (January 25), Miami (January 29), Akron (February 15), Ball State (February 19), Buffalo (February 26) and Central Michigan (March 1) in conference games at Savage Arena.
In MAC road games, Toledo will face Akron (January 4), Central Michigan (January 11), Western Michigan (January 15), Ball State (January 22), Eastern Michigan (February 1), Buffalo (February 5), Bowling Green (February 22), Northern Illinois (March 5) and Kent State (March 8).
On February 8, the Rockets will also play an away game against an opponent from the Sun Belt Conference in the second half of the MAC-SBC Challenge.
The 2025 MAC Women’s Basketball Championship will be held March 12-15 at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland.
