Week 4 of the NFL season began with a “Thursday Night Football” game between the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants. It was the first of five division games this week in the NFL, with four more scheduled for Sunday.

Long-time NFC South rivals New Orleans and Atlanta will meet for the first time this season. As do early NFC contenders Green Bay and Minnesota in what could be an early season game with playoff implications. Although Sunday Night Football is not a divisional event, Buffalo and Baltimore are two of the AFC’s top teams in three weeks of NFL action.

NFL Week 4 Schedule

New Orleans Saints at Atlanta Falcons

  • Location: Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta
  • Betting odds: ATL (-2.5); O/U: 42

Week 4 marks the second NFC South matchup of the season for the Saints (2-1), following their Week 1 victory over Carolina. New Orleans returns to the road to face Atlanta (1-2), which suffered a narrow loss to Kansas City on Sunday Night Football last week.

Cincinnati Bengals at Carolina Panthers

  • Time/TV: 1 p.m. ET (FOX)
  • Location: Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte
  • Betting odds: CIN (-4.5); O/U: 47.5

Cincinnati is one of just three teams that are 0-3 heading into Week 4. The Bengals face a Panthers team that is putting together its best offensive performance since December 2022. Carolina (1-2) defeated Las Vegas 36-22 behind former Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton. He will make his first home start as a Panther on Sunday against a team he led to two AFC North titles.

Los Angeles Rams at Chicago Bears

  • Time/TV: 1 p.m. ET (FOX)
  • Location: Soldiers’ Field in Chicago
  • Betting odds: CHI (-3); O/U: 41

The Bears (1-2) lost their second straight game in Week 3 with a 21-16 road loss to Indianapolis despite their best offensive performance of the year. In Week 4, they return to Soldier Field to face the Rams (1-2), who earned their first win of the season with a fourth-quarter comeback over the 49ers. Los Angeles is dealing with injuries throughout the team, particularly on offense.

Minnesota Vikings at Green Bay Packers

  • Time/TV: 1:00 p.m. ET (CBS)
  • Location: Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
  • Betting odds: GB (-2.5); O/U: 43.5

Minnesota has been one of the surprises of the season so far. The Vikings (3-0) have one of the league’s best defenses and quarterback Sam Darnold leads the league in passing touchdowns (eight). Green Bay (2-1) has rattled off two straight wins without starting quarterback Jordan Love behind the league’s best rushing attack. The winner of this contest will have an early advantage in the race for the NFC North title.

Jacksonville Jaguars and Houston Texans

  • Time/TV: 1:00 p.m. ET (CBS)
  • Location: NRG Stadium in Houston
  • Betting odds: HOU (-6); O/U: 45.5

Pittsburgh Steelers and Indianapolis Colts

  • Time/TV: 1:00 p.m. ET (CBS)
  • Location: Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis
  • Betting odds: PIT (-1.5); O/U: 40

The Steelers (3-0) are undefeated to start the season despite ranking 24th in the NFL in scoring. This is thanks to the most dangerous defense in the league in three weeks. They’ll be back on the road in Week 4, facing Indianapolis (1-2), which just earned its first win of the season against the Bears. The Colts defense has struggled so far and has placed DeForest Buckner on IR.

Arizona (1-2) is No. 4 in the NFL in scoring but managed just 13 points against Detroit last week.

San Francisco (1-2) had another strong offensive performance despite losing to the Rams last week. The 49ers and their third-best offense return home to take on the Patriots (1-2) in Week 4. After last week’s loss to the Jets on Thursday Night Football, New England has extra time to prepare for its second straight road game. However, the offense struggled and managed just 139 yards in this loss.

They remain on the road to face Los Angeles (2-1) in Week 4. The Chargers lost their first game of the year to the Steelers in Week 3, but still have one of the league’s top-scoring defenses through three weeks.

Cleveland Browns at Las Vegas Raiders

  • Location: Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada.
