It is the 19th time that a Fulham player has created 6 or more goalscoring opportunities in a Premier League match, with the Brazilian being responsible for seven of them.

  • 37-year-old Jamie Vardy became Leicester’s oldest Premier League goalscorer when he scored against Tottenham on Matchday 1. The last player over 37 to score in two consecutive Premier League games was Cristiano Ronaldo (4 in April/May 2022).

  • No Premier League player won more tackles on Matchday 1 than Leicester’s Abdul Fatawu (13). He was also the Foxes’ player with the most successful dribbles (3), ball wins (8) and tackles (6).
