Ford Bronco Sport Sasquatch Package (2025) announced

A new teaser from Ford has all but confirmed that the new Bronco Sport will be more capable than ever. The teaser video shows a very Squatch-like arm writing the date “8/26” on a muddy Bronco Sport, accompanied by an animal grunting off-screen. In case you didn’t get the message, we’ll almost certainly see Ford’s off-road Sasquatch package in the 2025 Bronco Sport.

The Sasquatch package has been available on the full-size Bronco since its launch in 2021, and it adds an impressive array of premium off-road enhancements: 17-inch black aluminum wheels with 35-inch tires, high-clearance suspension and fender flares, and electronically locking front and rear axles. In our opinion, it’s a must-have for the Bronco if you’re going off-road, and while it doesn’t have all the ideal off-road features, it’s certainly a good place to start. With the Bronco Sport gearing up for a mid-cycle refresh, these great off-road amenities could come to the crossover, too.

Since the Bronco name was revived for the 2021 model year, the Bronco Sport has been the little sibling of the slightly rougher Bronco. But with upgrades for 2025, the Sport could become rugged enough to handle muddier, trickier, and hair-raising (pun intended) excursions.

Early glimpses of the 2025 model year prototypes have shown a more aggressive look and features that are possible on the Sport, including rear tow hooks, higher ground clearance and larger tires. Thankfully, we’ll probably get to see them in more detail on August 26.
