CAMBRIDGE, Massachusetts. – For the first time in school history, Harvard Athletics has announced that its football season ticket quota has sold out before the start of the 2024 season.
After a 2023 season in which the Crimsons won their 18th Ivy League title and finished as high as No. 18 in the Stats Perform FCS poll, Crimson fans are excited for the new season. Over 2,250 season tickets were sold, including over 200 new season ticket holders – both the highest numbers since the 2016 season.
“This tremendous achievement underscores the continued support of the Harvard community,” said Chris Giuliano, director of ticket sales. “It’s a fantastic way to welcome Coach Aurich to Cambridge in his first season as we work to grow our local fan base and support.”
Single-game tickets for all home games are still on sale, but they are selling quickly. Harvard Stadium will host six home games in the 2024 season. Andrew AurichThomas Stephenson Family Head Coach for Harvard Football, begins his first season on Saturday, September 21, when he and the Crimsons host Stetson for the first time in school history. Home games continue on October 4, when Harvard resumes its series with New Hampshire for the first time since 1939. After home games against Holy Cross, Princeton and Columbia, Harvard will close its season by hosting Yale for the 140th time on November 23.
Update on ticket resale
SeatGeek will once again be Harvard Athletics’ preferred secondary ticket seller. Unused tickets can be listed, bought and sold on SeatGeek and are fully verified and delivered seamlessly. SeatGeek will assist fans with pricing tickets, send notification when they’ve sold, transfer them, and pay them out within 48 hours.
Fans will have full access to this opportunity through their GoCrimson.com account once their tickets are delivered. A notification email will be sent once tickets are available in fans’ accounts, along with information on how to best utilize the new SeatGeek integration.
