Clarksville, Tennessee – FirstKey Homes today announced the launch of Maintenance Lineup, a technology that makes it more convenient for residents to submit service requests.

The Maintenance Summary is a new feature of the FirstKey Self-Service Platform (FSS). It is designed to allow residents to bundle all of their non-urgent maintenance requests into one request. This means fewer service visits to the home are expected and the overall process runs more smoothly. In fact, initial pilot results indicate that the number of service visits to the home for new residents has decreased by 20 percent – resulting in a better onboarding experience.

Existing residents will be introduced to the maintenance offering through the FSS platform. New residents will learn how to use the technology during their virtual or in-person move-in orientation so they can take advantage of this feature immediately.
