Father of suspected Georgia school shooter Colt Gray arrested and charged with murder and manslaughter: officials
The father of the suspected teenage gunman who killed four people in a mass shooting at Apalachee High School in northern Georgia has been arrested, police officials announced Thursday evening.
Colin Gray, 54, was charged with four counts of manslaughter, two counts of premeditated murder and eight counts of child abuse, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said a day after his 14-year-old son, Colt Gray, was charged with murder.
The charges were brought after it was revealed that Colin Gray had purchased the Colt AR-15-style rifle allegedly used in the massacre as a Christmas present last December.
