Ed Westwick’s wife Amy Jackson wore a dress that took 105 hours to make at her wedding reception

Amy Jackson began her three-day wedding celebration with an equally magnificent bridal outfit.

The 32-year-old British model and actress wore several looks to celebrate her wedding to actor Ed Westwick on the Amalfi Coast, following their small civil ceremony in London on August 9.

One of the many dresses the bride wore was a Pronovias Atelier gown, which she debuted at the reception – and we have the details.

According to the label, Jackson’s custom-made piece was made from pure silk satin and designed with a “glamorous, curved silhouette.”

The piece also featured sheer off-the-shoulder sleeves and a subtle silk chiffon train. Her gloves and corset were “entirely hand-embroidered” with two-tone crystals, adding a “touch of light and magic” to the entire ensemble.

The attention to detail was even more evident when you consider the time it took Pronovia’s atelier to actually create the dress. With 32 hours for pattern making, 28 hours for embroidery and 45 hours for making the entire dress, the entire look took more than four days to create from start to finish.

Speaking exclusively to PEOPLE about the piece, Jackson said she was “inspired by her love of the draped, sculptural designs of French couturier Madame Grès.”

“Combining a modern embellished corset and diamond-like rain gloves with vintage elements, it’s the perfect fusion of past and present,” she said.

Jackson and Westwick, 37, kicked off the festivities on August 23 with a sunset cruise on the Motonave Patrizia, where she wore a romantic off-the-shoulder cream Vivienne Westwood dress and statement earrings.

The next day, the couple – who worked with wedding planning company Bianco Bouquet as well as concierge service Elite Villas – held the ceremony at Castello Di Rocca Cilento. Jackson walked down the aisle in a custom Alberta Ferretti gown made from a light and airy Mikado fabric, ideal for the Italian summer heat.

“The dress Alberta created made me feel like the best version of myself and indulged my hopeless romantic side for a day,” she told PEOPLE. “The 15-foot hand-embroidered veil moved me to tears when I first saw it.”
