ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Duke Energy is monitoring the potential for Tropical Cycle 9, hoping for a shift to tropical cold from Helene and preparing for the possibility of high tides, intense lighting and flooding that may result in electrical utility outages Overall, Adelante was the longest this week.
