Each year, the Tampa Bay Times recognizes the area’s best places to work. We let you – the employees – tell us why your company deserves a spot on our annual list.

This year, the Tampa Bay Times has named the 100 Best Places to Work. We heard from companies large and small across the region who reported strong company cultures, great benefits and a supportive work environment.

For the past 16 years, The Times has conducted a Best Workplaces survey. We invite employers and employees to nominate their workplace as one of the best places to work in Tampa Bay. It’s time to nominate employers for 2025.

Last year, more than 100,000 local employees agreed to participate in the evaluation of their company. From their surveys, we selected 100 employers as top employers from a total of 208 nominated companies.

These employees work at highly rated nonprofits, government agencies, small businesses, and large corporations and were keen to share their experiences with us.

Now is the time to nominate your employer for the 16th annual Tampa Bay Times Top Workplaces Awards program. Any organization with 50 or more employees in the Tampa Bay Area can participate. Workplaces are rated by their employees using a short 24-question survey. Companies will be surveyed through November.

The Times is working with Energage as our research partner for the project.
