Detroit Lions vs. Seattle Seahawks

The Lions host another primetime game, taking on the Seattle Seahawks in a doubleheader on Monday night.

The Lions won their only Monday Night Football game last season. The same cannot be said for their record against the Seahawks, as they have lost to Seattle and six straight in each of the last three seasons under coach Dan Campbell.

Defeating the Seahawks 3-0 will be no easy task as the Lions will be without one of their key offensive players in Frank Ragnow, who is out with a pectoral injury. The All-Pro center has been known to play with injuries, as he did in last week’s 20-13 win over the Cardinals, but the team will not risk further injury in the final game before a bye week.

It’s also another week with a matchup against a talented wide receiver group. The Lions must figure out how to stop quarterback Geno Smith, who is 2-0 against Detroit since becoming Seattle’s starter in the 2022 season. He has 648 total yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions while completing 77% of his passes in those two games.
