Lionsgate has released the first trailer and poster for Den of Thieves 2: Pantera, the highly anticipated sequel to the action-packed gangster film featuring returning stars Gerard Butler and O’Shea Jackson Jr.

The theatrical release of “Den of Thieves 2: Pantera” is currently scheduled for January 10, 2025.

“Den of Thieves 2: Pantera” was written and directed by Christian Gudegast and is based on the characters created by Christian Gudegast and Paul Scheuring. The main roles are played by Gerard Butler and O’Shea Jackson Jr., who each reprise their roles.

Summary: Gerard Butler (Plane, Has Fallen series) and O’Shea Jackson Jr. (Straight Out of Compton, Godzilla: King of the Monsters) return in the sequel to the 2018 action-heist hit Den of Thieves. In DEN OF THIEVES: PANTERA, Big Nick (Butler) is back on the hunt in Europe and gets closer to Donnie (Jackson), who is embroiled in the insidious and unpredictable world of diamond thieves and the notorious Panther Mafia, as they plan a massive heist on the world’s largest diamond exchange.
