Daniel Amendola gets to the bottom of this rumor.

After the New England Patriots alum was supported by Pal Xandra Pohl during a recording of Dancing with the stars last week he ended any budding romance between the two.

“Xandra is a great friend of mine,” Danny told E! News. Will Marfugi in an exclusive interview on September 24. “I’m a huge fan and supporter of hers and it’s nice to have a friend like her.”

Of course, Danny stressed that Xandra is still a very close friend, adding that his “mommy loves her.” (More information from Danny and the DWTS Cast, tune in E! News tonight, September 25th, at 11pm)

Good thing, considering that Xandra was spotted sitting next to Danny’s mother rose during the September 17 episode. Wearing a V-neck T-shirt and her hair down, 23-year-old Xandra was seen with big smiles and applause throughout the evening’s performance.

And while the 38-year-old denied any romantic speculation between the two, rumors were circulating long before Danny laced up his dancing shoes. In fact, the two were photographed Tom BradyPatriots Hall of Fame induction ceremony in June at Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts.

Xandra, for her part, who is Jack Touzet in 2023 after three years of relationship and recently fueled dating rumors with the Kansas City Chiefs player Louis Rees-Zamm– has not commented on its relationship with the Dancing with the stars candidate. However, she has previously stated that when it comes to relationships, she is all about “having fun.”

“I’m in my single era,” she told E! News in May. “I’m saying yes to dates and meeting a lot of new people.”

Danny has also been living the single lifestyle for some time. After the date Olivia Culpo—who has just tied the knot with her husband Christian McCaffrey in June – for three years, the couple split in 2018 and he hasn’t been seriously linked to anyone since.
