WINDES WELCOMES ELEANOR LIVINGSTON AS NONPROFIT TAX DIRECTOR

Wind is pleased to announce Eleanor Livingston has joined the firm as Nonprofit Tax Director in the Nonprofit Organization Services division.

“I am excited about the opportunity to work with Windes’ customer-focused team,” says Eleanor. “The company is a great fit for me. I can leverage my experience to deliver solutions to our clients and expand the capabilities of our nonprofit team.”

Eleanor has over 20 years of accounting experience, with a focus on taxation for tax-exempt organizations.
Upon joining Windes, she led the nonprofit tax practices at regional firms in Illinois and Kentucky.

Eleanor specializes in strategic tax planning for tax-exempt organizations and advises nonprofit clients on all aspects of taxing tax-exempt organizations, including filing for tax exemptions, taxing nonbusiness income, and state registration requirements. She is a speaker and trainer on a variety of nonprofit topics and has spoken at seminars for clients and other nonprofit professionals.

Eleanor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Michigan State University, East Lansing, and a Master of Science in Taxation from Grand Valley State University, Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, Eleanor serves as Treasurer of the LouCity and Racing Foundation and the Louisville Academy of Music.
