The crown of Northern California high school football has returned, at least for now, to the North Coast Section.
De La Salle rolled over rival Serra (San Mateo), the three-time defending NorCal Open Division champion, in a surprise 39-10 game.
Many other heavyweights of the NCS also have top duels in Week 2.
