Chase Timko Drunkenly Harasses Cops After Allegedly Stealing Person’s Phone – Scoop: Nashville
25-year-old Chase Brendan Timko and his friend allegedly stole one of two cell phones from passersby on August 23. The passersby pointed this out to officers. When officers arrived, they investigated the incident and arrested Timko’s friend. Timko then got in one of the officers’ faces and touched his shoulder.
After that, police repeatedly asked Timko to step down because he was hindering their investigation. However, Timko continued to disobey their orders. During their conversation, officers noticed that Timko was visibly drunk and arrested him for the incident. Timko was taken into custody on August 24 for disturbing the peace and public intoxication.
Chase Brendan Timko, of Summit Street in Nashville, Tennessee, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 24, charged with disturbing the peace and public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bail at $2,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office released him from the detention center prior to trial.
