Caitlin Clark was just unanimously named AP Rookie of the Year and received votes in the MVP ballot, and now she has scored the first playoff points of her career.
When the Indiana Fever hosted the Connecticut Sun in their first round match on Sunday, Clark made a difficult reverse layup late in the first quarter for her first basket of the postseason.
This was not much different from Clark’s first points of the regular season, which also came on a layup from the right side.
This basket equalized the score for the Fever, who are ranked sixth in their series against the third-seeded Sun.
