– During a recent appearance on Talk Is Jericho, AEW wrestler Bryan Keith spoke with Chris Jericho about joining The Learning Tree. Here are some highlights (via Fightful):

Bryan Keith on his reaction to joining The Learning Tree: “It was shocking, man. I remember hearing about other groups that I could potentially be in, maybe four different groups, and none of them were Learning Tree. Whenever you told me I was potentially going to be with you guys, man, I remember just (laughs) dropping everything and thinking, ‘What? That’s…’ No way. I was trained by Booker T. That’s my era of wrestling, the Ruthless Aggression era is stuff that I grew up with, stuff that I think is the best product I’ve seen, and you guys were the reason for that. I’m trained by Booker T, working with you now, so it’s a movie, man. My life is a movie.”

He heard which groups he was being considered for: “I think one of them was possibly Shane Taylor Promotions. Another one was, I know they may have brought in House of Black, something like that, I don’t know exactly. And the other one was, I don’t remember, I just remember it wasn’t you, that’s for sure (laughs).”

Bryan Keith will be in action on tonight’s edition of AEW Dynamite, facing Katsuyori Shibata in a singles match. Tonight’s show will air live on TBS starting at 8:00 p.m. EST. The show will take place at the LJVM Coliseum in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
