New Delhi: In just a few hours, the season premiere of WWE SmackDown will begin on the USA Network. Fans are already excited for one or two surprises; one of the highlights could be the highly anticipated return of Brock Lesnar himself after 405 days of absence.
Brock Lesnar was last seen in WWE at SummerSlam 2023. After that, he took a break and became embroiled in the legal battle between him and Vince McMahon. His return has been put on hold courtesy of the promotion’s legal team. His highly anticipated return could take place this week on WWE SmackDown.
Lesnar could pick up where he left off by continuing to pay respects to Cody Rhodes, who is scheduled to face Solo Sikoa of The Bloodline in a Steel Cage Match. While Roman Reigns could be expected to step in to save him, WWE could pull the rug out from under him with the return of Brock Lesnar.
Indeed, given the past interactions between him, Cody Rhodes and The Bloodline, it would be fitting for the role of Brock Lesnar to be alongside the undisputed WWE Champion.
