Insiders claim that Brittany Mahomes’ fellow NFL players’ wives did not question her support for Donald Trump because they were too afraid of getting in her way.

Now an insider has spoken exclusively to DailyMail.com about how the controversy has affected Brittany’s status, while Taylor Swift was photographed in another suite to watch the Chiefs beat the Baltimore Ravens 27-20 in the NFL’s season opener on Thursday night.

They stressed that none of Brittany’s football friends intended to question the political stance of the mother of two, as she had become untouchable due to her husband’s success and no one wanted to “offend” Patrick.

“Patrick is still the darling of the NFL, and as long as he keeps winning, Patrick will be fine no matter what his family does – from Brittany to his brother to his dad,” the source said.

“I think social media used to really affect me. Now, honestly, I don’t give a shit what people say about me. And I think he helped me get to this point.

“I am strong in who I am. I am confident in who I am. I am confident in my relationship with him and I am confident in our lives. So why should it even matter what other people say?”

Trump later thanked Brittany for her support in a post he shared on his Truth social network.
