Three Birmingham-based technology companies have joined forces to transform training and staffing in tech.

In a recent press release, DEPLOY, TrueCoders and ALLOY Digital announced a new partnership to revolutionize job placement in the technology world.

Read on to learn more about this exciting local partnership.

Promoting tech talent in Birmingham

The goal of this collaboration is to focus on world-class training, mentoring and job placement for the next generation of technology workers.

With this new partnership, the three local companies aim to provide a pathway for aspiring software developers in the greater Birmingham area in three simple steps: train, mentor and deploy.

Training, supervising and deploying

Here is the idea:

  1. Train: Students begin with TrueCoders, an online coding bootcamp, where they learn the programming knowledge and skills they need to get started in software development.
  2. Mentor: ALLOY Digital, a local software development agency, will then mentor the TrueCoders students and guide them in important skills and the latest trends in the industry.
  3. Insert: Finally, DEPLOY, a Birmingham-based tech talent agency, will take the lead in matching skilled and vetted talent with top employers.

By integrating with TrueCoders’ training programs, DEPLOY ensures that graduates are job-ready and matched with the right employers based on their skills and career goals.

With mentoring support from ALLOY Digital, which serves several well-known clients at the state and federal level, the goal is to streamline the hiring process and reduce the time it takes graduates to enter the workforce.
