Billy Strings is coming to the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Ryman in 2025

Bluegrass rocker Billy Strings’ new album “Highway Prayers” was released on Friday. On September 27, and following this release, Strings announced a winter tour that includes two nights at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on February 28 and March 1, followed by a show on March 2 at the Ryman Auditorium.

Tickets for the Ryman show will be available via lottery. To be eligible for the Fair AXS ticket request, fans must purchase a ticket for at least one of the two Bridgestone Arena shows. Registration for access to advance tickets is now possible. General presale begins on Friday, October 11th at 10 a.m. local time.

The Grammy-winning singer, songwriter and musician’s new studio album features 20 original songs recorded in Los Angeles and Nashville. It follows the July 2024 release of his first live album, Billy Strings Live Vol. 1, which was recorded at various venues around the world, including the Ryman.

Before “Highway Prayers,” Strings released “Me/And/Dad” in 2022, which featured Strings playing with his father, Terry Barber. The album received a Grammy nomination for Best Bluegrass Album. “Me/And/Dad” are new versions of fourteen bluegrass and country classics. Strings and his father have been playing together since Strings was a child.

Since its debut in 2017, Strings has won a Grammy Award for Best Bluegrass Album, was Artist of the Year at the 2023 and 2022 Americana Music Awards, and Entertainer of the Year at the 2023, 2022 and 2021 International Bluegrass Music Awards.
