Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas have officially endorsed Kamala Harris for president. The two posted a joint video on Instagram celebrating National Voter Registration Day and urging people to vote early. They encouraged their followers to vote for the Kamala Harris-Tim Walz ticket instead of Donald Trump.

“We cannot allow extremists to control our lives, our freedoms and our future”

“We are electing Kamala Harris and Tim Walz because they are fighting to protect our reproductive freedom, our planet and our democracy,” Eilish said in the video.

“We cannot allow extremists to control our lives, our freedoms, and our future. The only way to stop them and the dangerous agenda of Project 2025 is to vote for Kamala Harris,” Finneas added.

“Vote like your life depends on it, because it does,” Eilish said.

Eilish and Finneas are the latest music stars to endorse Harris and Walz. Recently, Taylor Swift endorsed Harris, noting that the vice president “fights for the rights and causes that I think need a warrior to represent them. I think she’s a calm, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country when we’re led by calm, not chaos.”

Many supported Eilish and Finneas’ decision in the comments section of their video. “Always so reasonable, intelligent and supportive! You guys are amazing, I love you both,” one user wrote. “Harris 2024. Thank you Billie!” one user wrote, while another said, “I love you both so much!”
