Ben Affleck was spotted smiling as he headed to his office in Los Angeles on Tuesday morning.

The “Air” actor, who turns 52 on Thursday, appeared to be in high spirits as he wore a dark blue suit with dress shoes and Ray-Ban sunglasses, carrying a black duffel bag.

The sighting came after he reportedly spent time with his “estranged” wife Jennifer Lopez at his rented Los Angeles home on Sunday.

The Atlas actress brought her son Samuel, 12, to her house after shopping. She apparently stayed longer in the house to talk to Ben.

The two have not been photographed together in public since June as there have been ongoing reports that they are planning to divorce.

Some media outlets have claimed that the couple are waiting to announce the end of their marriage until the release of their film “Unstoppable,” which hits theaters next month.

Others have indicated that they want to wait until their second wedding anniversary – August 20 – to announce the unpleasant news.

On Monday, people claimed that Jennifer was with Ben on Sunday.

The 55-year-old diva had previously taken Samuel, the 12-year-old son he has with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, shopping at Century City Mall and wanted to drop the child off there before entering the house.

A source told the site that she enjoys staying in touch with Ben’s children after living with them in their Bel Air mansion, which is now on the market for $68 million.

The former Fly Girl has been spotted several times with his daughter Violet. Affleck and Garner also have Serpahina, who is known as Fin.

This came after fans claimed that Jenny sent Ben a secret message.

Over the weekend, Lopez shared a post on Instagram in which she played a remix of her 1999 song “If You Had My Love.”

In the song, she warns a man that she will not tolerate him cheating on her.

She looked beautiful in a yellow and white striped tank top by the pool of her Los Angeles mansion, which she is trying to sell.

And she also wore her wedding rings from Ben. “Slush Summer Crush,” read her caption.

But her choice of music for the post was questionable.

Fans believe the song was intended for Ben as the lyrics raise skepticism about a possible relationship. “Is this song for Ben???” asked one follower.

In the song she sings: ‘If you had my love and I gave you all my trust, would you comfort me? And if you somehow knew that your love was unfaithful, would you lie to me? And call me baby.

They got engaged and, as we know, separated before the wedding.

Last week, it was claimed that JLo’s inner circle doesn’t like Ben.

This includes Jennifer’s longtime manager Benny Medina, a source told Page Six.

“The two cannot stand each other. They do not understand each other and there is still animosity,” they claimed.

Benny had worked with Jennifer during many of her early successes, but their collaboration ended in 2003.

Several sources have reportedly said that Affleck played a role in Lopez’s decision to dump Medina.

However, she brought Benny back as her manager just a few years after she and the Armageddon star broke off their engagement in 2004.

Since then, he has been one of her closest advisers and she has been seen spending time with him when she was staying in the Hamptons away from Ben, who remained in Los Angeles.

Another source told Page Six that Benny tried to keep quiet so he could be more diplomatic about Jennifer’s second romance with Ben.

“His attitude was, ‘I’m not going to say anything.’ (There was) no ‘good for you,’ but (he) wasn’t negative either,” they claimed.

The source said there was no point in protesting as he was reportedly convinced that Jennifer would marry Ben regardless of his input.

Another person whose ties with Jennifer temporarily broke off due to her relationship with Ben was her good friend Leah Remini, although the “Gone Girl” star does not appear to have played a direct role in the end of that friendship.

They first dated 20 years ago; in 2002, they were seen holding hands while filming their new music video at Barefoot restaurant in Beverly Hills.

It was previously reported that Jennifer had turned Leah down and even denied her an invitation to her wedding after the “King of Queens” star asked her to think about whether the aspects of Ben that allegedly led to the first split still played a role.

But the former friends managed to put their feud behind them earlier this year. Leah reportedly spent time with Jennifer and consoled her amid her alleged marital problems with Ben.

According to the second source, “Nobody except (Lopez’s) mother likes Ben Affleck. He’s a top-notch asshole.”

As evidence, they cited recent reports that Affleck had allegedly delayed filing for divorce in the hopes of not harming Jennifer.

But an insider had previously told the publication that it was far too late for that and that Jennifer already felt “humiliated” after Ben “took the initiative” to get back together with her, even though the relationship had only lasted so short.

“That definitely wasn’t on her bingo card,” the second source said. “She would have clawed someone’s eyes out if they told her they were splitting up after less than two years.”
