Aysha Welch hopes to be an “inspiration” to young girls out there (WATCH)

Survivor 47 fans, it’s time to meet Aysha Welcha 32-year-old IT consultant from Houston, Texas. “If we’re sitting next to each other on the plane, I’m going to chew your ear off,” she says in the CBS preview video. “I literally have at least six or seven contacts in my phone with the name of such-and-such plane.” Watch Aysha’s intro above at 6:14.

The feisty castaway notes, “I always thought I’d be married by 23 and have kids by 25. And I’m 32 and single. That’s prepared me to be adaptable. I don’t know what Jeff is going to throw at us. I just know I have the ability to build strong relationships. And that’s what’s going to get me through the game.”

Aysha talks about her island strategy: “If I see someone who seems unapproachable, who is impossible to work with, then I want to make it work. I will feel the personal satisfaction of having won them over.”
