MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif., August 14, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–AVP announces upcoming television rights deals for the men’s and women’s finals of the AVP Manhattan Beach Open on Sunday, August 18 on ION and the AVP Chicago Open on Sunday, September 1 on The CW Network.

The AVP is America’s only national beach volleyball league. The AVP Manhattan Beach Open and AVP Chicago Open are part of the AVP Heritage Series. The stakes have never been higher, with the winners of the men’s and women’s titles from both Heritage Series events automatically earning a place in the inaugural AVP League, which begins in fall 2024.

The four US female Olympians and the four US male Olympians will be performing in Manhattan Beach and Chicago, among others.
