ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Reach the University of Michigan football home games with ease using convenient shuttles from TheRide from the Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority.

Football shuttles transport Wolverines fans between Michigan Stadium and drop-off/pick-up locations at hotels and parking lots in Ann Arbor.

Single-ride tickets cost $1.50 and can be purchased through contactless mobile ticketing and the EZFare, Moovit, Uber and Transit apps. Riders must select “FootballRide” to receive digital tickets.

Drivers will accept cash payments from people who cannot obtain a mobile ticket, but only correct change will be accepted.

There are discounts for seniors, young people and people with disabilities.

Shuttles run every 20 minutes and depart approximately two hours before game time. The last shuttles to the Big House depart 30 minutes before game time. Fans will be dropped off near Gate 2 next to Crisler Arena.

Pick up locations include Wyndham Garden Ann Arbor, Weber’s Ann Arbor, Graduate Ann Arbor Hotel, Pizza House on Church St., Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel, The Kensington Hotel and DoubleTree by Hilton North.

The return shuttle will operate one hour after the game ends. Westbound and downtown shuttles will pick up fans on Stadium Blvd between Gates 2 and 4. Northbound, eastbound and southbound shuttles will pick up fans on Stadium Blvd east of Gate 2 near Crisler Arena.

MCards, go!Passes and TheRide 30-day passes cannot be used to pay for FootballRide shuttles.

This year’s season begins on August 31st when the Wolverines face the Fresno State Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m.
