Concord fans – we’ve been listening to your feedback since Concord launched on PlayStation 5 and PC, and we want to thank everyone who has been on the journey aboard Northstar. Your support and the passionate community that has grown around the game have meant so much to us.
While many aspects of the game have been well received by players, we have also found that other aspects of the game and our initial launch have not been as well received as we had hoped. As a result, we have decided to take the game offline starting September 6, 2024 and explore options, including ones that will better reach our players.
While we determine the best path forward, sales of Concord will cease immediately and we will offer a full refund to all players who purchased the game on PS5 or PC. If you purchased the game on PlayStation 5 from PlayStation Store or PlayStation Direct, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Customers who purchased from other digital stores will also receive a refund. For more information on Steam and Epic refunds, see below:
steam Save – The Steam Store will refund players who purchased the game over the next few days. Steam will send a confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Epic Games Store – Epic Games Store will refund players who purchased the game in the next few days and will contact each customer directly to confirm that the refund has been processed.
Refunds from other retailers – Customers who purchased a physical copy from a retailer outside of PlayStation direct, please follow the refund instructions provided by the retailer where they purchased the product to receive their refund.
After the refund, players will no longer have access to the game.

* Refunds for PlayStation Store and PlayStation Direct purchases may take 30-60 days to appear on your statement. If your original payment source was unavailable, the purchase amount will be refunded to your PSN balance.
