Ryan Murphy’s non-American horror story horror series: Grotesquerie

Effects grotesque revolves around a series of heinous crimes that have shaken a small community. With no clues and unsure of who to turn to, she enlists the help of Nurse Megan (Micaela Diamond), a nun and journalist at the Catholic GuardianSister Megan, with her own difficult past, has seen the worst of humanity, but still believes in its ability to do good. Lois, on the other hand, fears that the world is succumbing to evil. As Lois and Sister Megan gather clues, they become entangled in a dark web that seems to provide more questions than answers.

The stars of the 10-part season are the Emmy Award winner Niecy Nash Betts as Detective Lois Tryon, Emmy Award winner Courtney B. Vance as Marshall Tryon, Emmy Award nominee Lesley Manville as Nurse Redd, Tony Award-nominated Micaela Diamond as Sister Megan, Nicholas Alexander Chavez as Father Charlie, Raven Goodwin as Merritt Tryon and Travis Kelce in an as yet unknown role. “I don’t know what’s going on. I can’t put my finger on it. But it’s different now. There’s been a change. It’s like something is opening up in the world. A kind of hole in the center of nothingness. What I saw today was they sent psychiatrists for everyone who worked on that crime scene. They say, ‘Well, honey, evil has always existed.’ And quote a statistic about how the world is getting better, less murder, more help, less global horror, there’s never been a better time to be alive…” Nash-Betts says in the voiceover. “Come back. It’s not getting better. And I always need to hear your answers because something is happening around us and nobody sees it but me,” the voiceover ends with a great cliffhanger.
