Weddings abroad can often cost pennies for guests, but what if their wedding dress was included for free with their accommodation? Airbnb and By rotation offer exactly that.
A busy wedding calendar is causing guests increasing stress and financial worries, according to a new study from Airbnb. 53% of guests in the UK struggle with the cost of attending a wedding, while an incredible 83% of Brits will attend at least one wedding this year, with 31% attending four or more.
To help ease the burden, Airbnb is renting out not only apartments but also dresses through the fashion rental app By Rotation. As part of the collaboration, Airbnb guests staying in top wedding destinations like Spain, Italy and France are offered a free outfit to borrow.
Guests can now browse the Airbnb Edit, which showcases a selection of wedding guest outfits, and explore By Rotation’s wishlist of the best Airbnb stays.
Airbnb guests also have the opportunity to receive £150 worth of By Rotation credit. The duo are even throwing in £100 worth of Airbnb credit for future bookings.
