A day after Priyanka Chopra made a surprise visit to India, she left her fans in a frenzy with her elegant sari look at her younger brother Siddharth Chopra’s wedding reception. It is not confirmed if Siddharth is already married to Neelam or when they plan to tie the knot, but on Saturday, a fan page shared a video with the caption, “Happy birthday! Via @reenachopra.art… Yes Gucci Neelam did it @siddharthchopra89 @neelamupadhyaya. So lovely to see you in this new role as husband and wife and we wish you both all the happiness in the world! God bless you always!”

The fan page also shared photos from the Friday night party in Mumbai, taken by one of the guests – celebrity gynecologist Dr Kiran Coelho – with the caption, “A warm and intimate affair! Family and close friends only! Madhu Chopra and Priyanka’s dinner reception for Neelam and Siddharth!”

Turning heads in a magenta-pink sari, Priyanka was also spotted arriving and leaving her brother’s wedding reception venue alone on Friday. She teamed the sari with a matching sleeveless blouse and pearl jewellery. Priyanka tied her hair in a neat bun and opted for glamorous makeup to complete her look for the festivities. Mother Madhu wore a purple sari while Neelam and Siddharth twinned in western blue looks.

The actress landed at the Mumbai airport early Friday morning and was greeted with enthusiastic waves and flashing cameras upon her arrival. Priyanka, who just wrapped up the shoot for her upcoming Hollywood film ‘The Bluff’, was spotted at the airport in a stylish yet casual outfit: a white crop top, matching tracksuit pants and a long bolero.

Around the same time, Priyanka shared a video from her airplane window showing the glittering lights of Mumbai on her Instagram stories and wrote alongside it: “Mumbai meri jaan (My darling)…”

In July 2024, Priyanka was in Mumbai to attend the star-studded wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant; she was accompanied by her husband, singer and actor Nick Jonas.
