Training camp and preseason are over. What have we learned? Are we overreacting or not reacting enough? Fortunately, the summer was uneventful injury-wise, but some situations involving players sitting out or not playing continue into the regular season preseason, leaving many prospects, including the offense, uncertain. How can we make our rankings when we have almost all the new information we’re going to get?

The Bloom Top 250

1. CeeDee Lamb (WR-DAL) – Two weeks is probably enough time to ramp up
2. Christian McCaffrey (RB-SF) – Trent Williams + calf injury breaks tie for 1st place
3. Tyreek Hill (WR-MIA) – Small scare due to hand injury, but uneventful summer

Top 250 level breakthrough

4. Justin Jefferson (WR-MIN) – Should lead the NFL in targets
5. Amon-Ra-St. Brown (WR-DET) – It is reasonable to choose him over Jefferson
6. Breece Hall (RB-NYJ) – It makes sense to choose him over Jefferson
7. Bijan Robinson (RB-ATL) – Allgeier could lower his performance limit, but it is still exciting to be in the first
8. Ja’Marr Chase (WR-CIN) – Hold-in situation now jeopardizes value at the start of the season

Top 250 level breakthrough

9. AJ Brown (WR-PHI) – Safe choice in the last third of the first round
10. Garrett Wilson (WR-NYJ) – Will be a big success if Rodgers stays healthy
11. Saquon Barkley (RB-PHI) – It will be fun to see him in a competent offense
12. Jonathan Taylor (RB-IND) – How much did the ankle injury affect him last year in 2022?
13. Puka Nacua (WR-LAR) – Should be fit again at the start of the training camp after knee problems
14. Jahmyr Gibbs (RB-DET) – Should be fit again after a thigh injury in training camp
15. Cooper Kupp (WR-LAR) – According to all reports, he is back in form
16. Drake London (WR-ATL) – Exciting to see what he will do with a good QB
17. De’Von Achane (RB-MIA) – Should be used more as a receiver
18. Malik Nabers (WR-NYG) – Will reach Jefferson’s target share
19. Nico Collins (WR-HOU) – Efficiency should make up for further hunger
20. Marvin Harrison Jr. (WR-ARI) – Quiet summer, rated as peak performance
21. Derrick Henry (RB-BAL) – May need OL to play early, but is ready to strike
22. Deebo Samuel Sr. (WR-SF) – Had a great summer; should be No. 1 with the Aiyuk drama
23. Mike Evans (WR-TB) – Still underrated
24. Davante Adams (WR-LV) – A win in the QB competition by failing is never good
25. DeVonta Smith (WR-PHI) – Could benefit greatly from the Kellen Moore scheme
