George Clooney rushes to the rescue! Actor rushes to help when photographer falls at Wolf’s premiere – then takes matters into his own hands and grabs the camera

George Clooney jumped into action at the premiere of his new film “Wolfs” after a photographer fell in front of him.

The 63-year-old Hollywood legend was walking the red carpet at the Venice Film Festival with his wife Amal Clooney on Sunday when he noticed the accident and immediately rushed to help.

The Oscar winner crouched down, reached out his hand to the photographer and helped him to his feet while 46-year-old Amal watched.

George then ensured the photographer got a series of great shots by making hilarious faces on the red carpet before getting down to work himself and picking up the camera.

As he was fooling around, Amal walked past him in a yellow corset dress, the epitome of elegance.

The dress was made of delicate lace and was tight at the waist before flowing into an impressive ruffled skirt.

She blow-dried her hair voluminously and carried a glittery clutch to complete her glamorous look.

With her arm around George, the couple looked as loved up as ever as they posed for photos at the highly anticipated event.

In the film, George co-stars with Brad Pitt as a crime-solving specialist who is unexpectedly hired for the same job – disposing of a dead body in a hotel room.

Lead actors Brad and George reportedly received $35 million each for their roles in the gangster film and insisted on a theatrical release.

But the manufacturer Apple changed its mind and so the film, which according to insiders cost a total of up to 200 million dollars, will now be released in US cinemas for only one week.

In all other territories, the film will be available directly via streaming, making it by far the most expensive television film of all time.

Apple’s change of heart follows a series of expensive films from the streamer – including “Napoleon,” “Killers of the Flower Moon” and “Argylle” – all of which flopped in theaters.

George denied that her fees were $35 million, saying the true amount was “many, many millions less.”

But he added that it was an “embarrassment” how it had turned out. He said: “That’s what we would have liked, that’s what we wanted, and Brad and I gave back some of our salary to do that. We had some bumps along the way and that happens.”

“It’s a shame, of course it’s a shame, but a lot of people will see the film and we’re bringing it to a few hundred cinemas. It would have been nice if we had shown it on a larger scale.”

He said the economics of streaming have not yet been fully explored, but added: “We are exploring them. We need Apple and Amazon and they need Sony or Warners, who have been doing this for 100 years.”

Brad said: “I think it’s great that there are streamers because we get to see more stories and more talent and it gets seen by more people, but it’s a delicate balance.”

When asked what the point of a film with two big stars being offered directly as a streaming service was, George replied with a serious expression: “We are clearly on the decline.”

The two men have been friends for decades and last worked together 15 years ago on the film Burn After Reading.

George said: “In ‘Burn After Reading’ I had the incredible pleasure of shooting him in the face and we thought maybe 15 years later we’d try it again.”

Brad and I have been doing this separately and together for a long time. For a period of time, it worked pretty well. It felt like this banter, the way we constantly attack each other, just came easily.’

The two men are now planning to star in a sequel, and Brad said: “We thought there had to be a good reason to make a film together, something we could build on.”

“I must also say that as I have gotten older, it has become more and more important to me to work with people I enjoy spending time with.”
