Many shows have taken place in New York over the years, but which are the favorites among the Capital Region’s audiences?

I’ll be the first to admit that I watch a lot of TV, so when someone asks me what my favorite shows are, I sometimes have a hard time narrowing it down, but lately I’ve found that it’s pretty easy.

The Sopranos is probably my favorite TV show of all time. After that comes LOST, but that is still a long way away. What is also great about The Sopranos is that there is some great New York content in this show. Yes, it is set in New Jersey, but they have done so much in New York that it could represent both. If we can have two football teams that play in New Jersey but call themselves New York, Sopranos can also be New York.

I also think this show has the best beginning ever. Maybe I’m a little biased, but who cares. I get to make up the rules for my own games.

There were some really great suggestions. I almost forgot Taxi, even though I absolutely love that series. The theme song alone puts me in a really good mood.

Also, I forgive Michelle for calling and saying The Walking Dead. That’s Georgia, Michelle. But still a great show.
