Vault CRM Suite to unify sales, marketing, medical and service for true customer focus

PLEASANTON, California., 27 August 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV) today announced Veeva Vault CRM Service Center for inside sales, contact centers, and hybrid representatives. Vault CRM Service Center supports inbound and outbound interactions across all channels and includes case management, video calling, telephony integration, and industry-specific features such as consent, sampling, call reporting, and a foundation for compliant content. It also offers Microsoft 365 integration that increases productivity, including case collaboration in Microsoft Teams and OneNote, with all data captured in Vault CRM.

Service Center is part of the Veeva Vault CRM Suite—along with Vault CRM for sales and Campaign Manager for marketing—and is built from the ground up for life sciences on the Vault platform. Unity within the same Vault means there are no longer silos between customer-facing teams, as they work with the same customer data, content, and key processes to deliver a streamlined, customer-centric experience. For example, sales and marketing collaborate on campaigns for synchronized outreach, and all teams work with the same customer communication preferences and consents.

The Vault CRM Suite helps customer-facing teams collaborate better despite increasing complexity of drugs, stakeholders, channels and go-to-market models by:

More than 15 companies have been using Vault CRM since its release in April 2024 for all new customers. Veeva CRM migrations will begin for smaller customers in the fourth quarter of this year. Some larger customers plan to start their migration programs in early 2025. The first major global top 20 biopharmaceutical company is expected to complete its migration to Vault CRM by the end of 2025.
