Pia Wurtzbach said she and her husband Jeremy Jauncey are planning a second wedding after tying the knot in a surprise, very private ceremony in March last year.

The 2015 Miss Universe sat down with Dr. Vicki Belo for a vlog episode where Pia said her private wedding with Jeremy was “the best thing ever for her.” It was what they both wanted.

“We did it on a deserted island, which was a bit unconventional,” Pia said in the vlog.

“We decided to have a private wedding without even our families present, and our witnesses were people from the island,” she added.

One of the reasons for choosing a private wedding, according to the beauty queen turned fashionista, was to avoid the stress of worrying about guests.

“My worst nightmare is walking down the aisle with cameras and phones on me and not seeing any faces, just the backs of people’s phones,” Pia said.

“I just wanted to keep it private, enjoy it and say my vows without worrying about everyone hearing and be honest about it,” she added.

She announced that they are actually planning another ceremony, this time in the presence of their families and friends.

“We are actually planning a second one, in Scotland, in a castle,” she said.

Pia and Jeremy tied the knot on an exclusive island in the Seychelles in March 2023 after being together for three years.

The beauty queen wore a strapless, figure-hugging dress made of godets, panels and appliqués, while Jeremy wore a traditional Scottish kilt.

Pia recently renewed her collaboration with Belo Medical Group as the face of the newly improved treatment ASCE+ Exosomes.
