TRADE – The Texas A&M University-Commerce women’s golf team has announced its fall 2024 schedule.
The Lions will compete in five tournaments this fall after finishing second at the Southland Conference Championships last year. The fall season begins Sept. 9-10 at the Missouri State/Payne Stewart Memorial in Springfield, Missouri, played at Twin Oaks Country Club.
The following week, the Lions will compete in the UTA Maverick Classic in Arlington at Tierra Verde Golf Club on September 16 and 17. The month of September will end on September 23 and 24 at the Bearkat Invitational in Huntsville at the Sam Houston Bearkat Course.
The Lions’ final tournaments of the fall will be in Arkansas. They will play in the Lady Red Wolves Classic in Jonesboro, Arkansas, at Sage Meadows Country Club on October 14-15. Next week, the Lions will be in Hot Springs, Arkansas, for the Diamante Intercollegiate on October 20-22 at Diamante Country Club.
The Southland Conference Championships return to San Antonio this year. The Lions will look to repeat their historic performance from last season. The championships will be held April 14-16, 2025. The schedule will be announced at a later date.
