NEWARK, De – In an eventful game that featured six goals and three penalty attempts, the La Salle Explorers (2-1-1) secured their second win of the season, defeating the Delaware Blue Hens (0-2-1) 4-2. The game was the last of four consecutive away games to begin the 2024 season for La Salle.

First semester Cameron Rush was the Explorers’ star. The Pennsylvania native scored two goals, marking La Salle’s first multi-goal performance of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• After a few minutes of back and forth at the beginning of the competition, Haley Gschrey hit the top right corner of the goal and put the Explorers ahead in the 14th minute.^th Minute.
