A young Palestinian man died on Sunday from gunshot wounds inflicted by Israeli forces before dawn near the Al-Jalamah military checkpoint north of Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank.
According to media reports, the young man Ahmad Mohammad Khalil Al-Anteer18, died on Sunday after occupying forces opened fire before dawn on a vehicle carrying him and two other young men.
Sources added that Israeli soldiers abducted the seriously injured young man and two others, while the identities and conditions of the other two young men were not known at the time of writing.
Rescue workers were denied access to the injured young man before soldiers abducted the three young men.
Since the military assault on the Gaza Strip began on October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have killed 641 Palestinians, including 147 children, and injured 5,400 in the occupied West Bank.
