Amir Khan’s multi-million pound wedding venue is for sale.
The Bolton boxer says he is selling the venue, which opened in Deane earlier this year, for more than £12 million.
Balmayna took almost a decade to complete, with construction beginning in 2015 and completing earlier this year.
Designed for weddings, parties and corporate events, the four-story building is located on Washington Street, just off Deane Road.

Now Khan announced on X (formerly Twitter) that the hall is for sale for £12.5 million.

He said: “I want to sell my wedding hall for £12.5 million. The property has four floors, including three dedicated wedding floors and a rooftop event terrace.”
“In addition, there is parking space at the front and rear for up to 200 vehicles.

This comes after the venue won a battle for a late-night license last month.
His business partner, Excellency Plaza, had applied to Bolton Council on 20 May to allow the store to open until half past twelve.
It offers luxurious dining, chauffeur service, musicians, a rooftop shisha bar and more, with two wedding halls.
